Taylor is excited to bring her passion for movement and wellness to Integrity Dance Dynamics' daytime fitness program! In addition to teaching dance, she is thrilled to offer classes that help individuals build strength, improve mobility & flexibility, and feel their best in a fun and supportive environment.
Taylor earned her bachelor's degree from SUNY Oswego in Wellness Management with minors in Dance and Nutrition. She is a certified 200-hour yoga instructor specializing in Vinyasa yoga, with additional education in pelvic floor-focused yoga. Taylor is also a certified barre instructor and recently completed her mat Pilates training through Balanced Body!
Taylor is passionate about creating classes that are fun, inclusive, and accessible to all fitness levels, and set to a super fun playlist! Whether you're looking to increase strength, improve flexibility, or simply enjoy moving your body, she strives to create a welcoming space where everyone feels comfortable. She believes every fitness journey is unique! Taylor is committed to meeting each participant where they are on their wellness journey and helping them to build confidence and progress toward their goals.
